NiaziFitness ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Hasnain Niazi, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, and how it's handled.

What we collect

When you submit the application form on this site, we collect:

• Your name, email address, and phone/WhatsApp number
• Your location (country/city)
• Your answers to our qualifying questions (goals, current struggles, timeline, and coaching-readiness responses)

We do not collect payment information through this website. Any payment for coaching services is handled separately, directly with Hasnain Niazi, after a strategy call.

How we use your data

• To review your application and assess fit for 1:1 coaching
• To contact you about booking a strategy call
• To schedule and manage that call via Calendly
• To keep a record of enquiries for our own coaching operations

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Where your data is stored

Application data is stored in a private Google Sheet accessible only to Hasnain Niazi, and is also held by Netlify (our website host) as a record of form submissions. Calendly stores your booking details if you schedule a call. Each of these providers maintains its own security and privacy practices.

Your rights

If you are in the UK or EU, under UK GDPR / GDPR you have the right to:

• Ask what personal data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Ask us to delete your data
• Withdraw consent to being contacted at any time
